Georgetown SERTOMA is dedicated to serving the community through a wide variety of projects. Some of the projects included:
- Highway Clean Up - SERTOMA maintains a section of Williams Dr. just past Sun City in Georgetown.
- 4th of July Celebration - SERTOMA puts on the Annual 4th of July Celebration in Georgetown. It is a celebration of the community and national heritage.
- Flag Project - SERTOMA puts out flags around the Court House, Square and local business who participate in the Flag program.
- Bike Ride - SERTOMA puts on an Annual Bike Ride along with several other clubs during the Red Poppy festival to raise funds for scholarships for high school students.
- Garage Sale - SERTOMA puts on an Annual Garage Sale in Georgetown. We collect donations from the community to sell to raise money for sponsorship opportunities in the community.
- National Heritage Essay Contest - Students participate in a National Heritage Essay contest in which they win prizes for best essay.
- Getsemini Community Center Clean Up - SERTOMA helps the community center through various maintenance activities.
